At UMMA, we believe in nurturing the potential of our youth by providing them with opportunities to grow, learn, and thrive. Our diverse range of classes, halaqas, programs, and events are designed to empower young minds, foster Islamic values, and create a supportive community environment.

Classes and Workshops

Our youth-focused classes and workshops cover a variety of topics, including Quranic studies, Islamic ethics, leadership development, and more. Led by experienced educators and mentors, these sessions provide a platform for learning and personal growth.

UMMA Sports

We are thrilled to introduce our initiative, UMMA Sports! UMMA Sports will serve as the hub for all sporting events and activities!

Wednesday Halaqas

Join one of our halaqas tailored for all, where our UMMA covers beautiful topics and Quranic reflections. These intimate gatherings offer a space for spiritual enrichment and connection with peers.

Tea Talks

The UMMA, in collaboration with Tea Talks Detroit, presents Tea Talks: Biweekly gatherings for college students and young professionals (20+) to engage in meaningful conversations, share insights, and build connections a round relevant topics.

Embark on a transformative journey with our Youth Umrah trip with Shaykh Mohamed Almasmari & Ustadh Ali Altimimy, to the holy lands of Makkah and Madinah.  A beautiful opportunity to strengthen your faith in the holiest of places with youth nationwide.

UMMA Camp

An annual trip that aims to strengthen our spiritual connection through various worship activities and moments of reflection— exclusively for youth & young professionals.
